Midwest Regional Hatz Fly-In 2004

To All

We will be having the 2004 Midwest Regional Hatz Fly-In this year at the Brodhead Airport, in Wisconsin, Fri July 23, Sat July 24, and Sunday July 25 (the weekend prior to Oshkosh).

This will be loosly combined with the annual Pientenpol Fly-In. Because of an overall larger group we should be able to provide better services, food, camping and forums. There will be camping on the field to include shower facilities. Motor homes are welcome but there are no hook-ups. I will get hotel info in the next few days.

Brodhead is located about 10 miles WNW of Beloit WI and or about 25 miles NNW of Poplar Grove (site of previous Midwest Regional Fly-ins). It is all grass with fuel on the field but no FBO. Trees on the field make camping more comfortable.

This should be a great fly-in this year. Please, if you know someone with a flying Hatz...BEG, CAJOLE, BRIBE, etc to get them to bring it to the fly-in. We all go to these events to see flying and completed Hatz so the more we have the better the show. There are a lot of flying Hatz that are no longer in the Hatz Association and we need you to ferret them out and try to get them to the show.

More info to follow.
